About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Support the Senior Director of Packaging Development with client management and serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Execute daily sales functions, including processing orders, tracking fulfillment, sending invoices, and facilitating shortages and remittances.
  • Maintain tracking sheets to monitor and analyze sales, inventory, marketing campaigns, and production.
  • Communicate with clients regarding the status of their orders, replenishment, new product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Complete and file vendor documents and product setup forms.
  • Maintain and update line-sheets, order forms, and additional sales documents.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and events to represent the company and build relationships with clients.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, accounting, production, product development, logistics, and design departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
