About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of paint experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint to composite or metallic panels in accordance with Airbus Helicopters process specifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and paint composite panels using spray guns in a controlled environment
  • Inspect painted panels for imperfections and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain equipment and tools, including spray guns and air hoods
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of paint experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
