Senior Network Security Analyst sought to support leadership and drive organizational change management practices to meet business objectives and reduce costs.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the ideal candidate will have industry-relevant qualifications and certifications in cyber security, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Cisco certification, with a strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security exposures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day fulfillment of firewall requests globally
  • Deployment and life cycle maintenance of site-to-site VPN/Firewall network platform
  • Responding to network security events and incident escalations
  • Collaborating with DevOps/Automation teams to identify opportunities for automation
  • Performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions
  • Creating/improving support documentation and ensuring shift reports are up to date
  • Participating in 24 x 7 on-call rotational shifts
  • Providing on-call Level 2 support for cyber and network security infrastructure

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth and current technical knowledge of IP Internetworking and security exposures
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in cyber & network security technology
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security exposures
  • Proficient with Cisco Asa, Palo Alto, and Checkpoint firewalls

Nice to have:

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
  • Palo Alto Certified
  • Checkpoint certification
