Our communication/IT department aims to standardize and enhance our internal communication platforms, including our intranet. The Web Design Intern will contribute to these goals by collaborating closely with the project team to ensure a seamless shift from the old intranet to the new intranet.
What You'll Be Doing Here:
- Transfer data from one SharePoint to another
- Enhance and harmonize text's visual presentation
- Leverage your creativity to assist the team in problem-solving
- Create presentations for stakeholders and cooperate with team members on related tasks
Your Contributions:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Orientation towards web/front-end development
- Experience in managing content for websites or SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Efficiency in task completion
- Proficient in both English and French - essential for regular interaction with colleagues nationwide
- Availability for 35 hours per week from September 3 to December 13, 2024
