Medical Services acts as a link between the medical staff and the Network's administration. As a Medical Services Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for the medical staff in their zone with regard to the various aspects for which the sector is responsible.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with medical staff, administration, and other stakeholders to achieve sector objectives.
- Provide administrative and medical leadership support to team members at the regional level.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Postsecondary secretarial or office administration training (two-year program).
- Five years' experience in an administrative secretary position, including two years as an executive secretary.
- Very good knowledge of and ability to use IT tools and office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Meditech, Outlook).
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
- Above-average writing skills and strong organizational, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen sense of responsibility and tact in interpersonal relationships.
- Experience in a health-related field.
- Strong leadership, initiative, creativity, adaptability to change, and positive attitude.
- Flexibility in working hours and a very good performance and attendance profile.
