Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at Roots. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Store Operations and Management
    • Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and productivity
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective store operations
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to store management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and drive growth
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
