Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist

Join our team as a Manufacturing Specialist and contribute to the production of high-quality medicines. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for executing all manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Compliance:
    • Perform all duties according to established safety standards and company policies.
    • Complete all documentation accurately and in accordance with GMP and SOP requirements.
    • Access company intranet for relevant SOPs, MSDSs, and company policies.
    • Notify supervisors of any deviations from procedure, product defects, or safety incidents.
    • Recommend amendments to existing SOPs for improvements.
    • Participate in audits and investigations to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Productivity and Equipment:
    • Safely operate all required equipment and machinery.
    • Process batches within specifications to meet department targets.
    • Dismantle, clean, and assemble processing equipment according to SOPs.
    • Prepare and control process units for start-up and shutdown.
    • Understand and operate automated systems, including Clean In Place and Steam In Place.
    • Execute SAP transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork:
    • Show team work by assuming responsibility for team goal setting.
    • Actively seek and accept feedback from senior team members.
    • Contribute to team growth and success in support of team and department goals.
    • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities and implement action steps.
Job Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Minimum High School diploma.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Demonstrated ability to be a team player in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to facilitate information exchange among team members.
    • Strong communication and listening skills.
    • Understanding of cGMP and ability to work in accordance with all departmental requirements.
    • Able to lift between 5 to 20 kg and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Experience:
    • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
