WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will provide support to the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Customer payments;
  • Processing timesheets;
  • Invoicing;
  • Accurate and timely data entry;
  • Filing;
  • Assisting with phone support; and
  • Other duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • A safety conscious attitude;
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Post-secondary education in bookkeeping an asset;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Able to perform quick and accurate data entry;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, experience using accounting software applications an asset;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers;
  • The ability to relate to a variety of people and work in a team environment.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $18-$22 per hour at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training.

The long-term goal for this position is for the successful candidate to develop their skills so they can be promoted to being an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
