As a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the fashion department. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, sales, and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
- Process and stock fashion merchandise, ensuring that the sales floor is clean and tidy for customers.
- Merchandise non-modular fashion items, including fixtures and supplies, to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
