About the Role:
- Conduct stock level checks and provide accurate information to support shipping plan definition and customer operations.
- Issue operative documents to guarantee the flow of resources to rigs.
- Support invoicing process and ensure accurate documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
Invoice Management & Control:
- Assist customers with invoicing documents, providing accurate information and revising invoice flow.
- Issue relevant controls and reports for each invoicing operation.
- Verify material register at applicable systems.
Stock Check & Logistic Plan:
- Monitor customer stock levels and ensure loading/unloading schedules.
- Perform physical checks at ports and warehouses, as required.
- Verify stock levels at customer warehouses and consolidate information with stock availability at the service base.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Verify tube inventory control by tracking movements in the system and identifying deviations.
- Prepare and issue operative documents for loading/unloading resources at rigs.
- Support return activities after customer operations.
Requirements:
- A post-secondary degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.
- Previous supervisory experience is a strong asset.
- Good knowledge of software such as SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
