We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds, and buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility/plant systems, equipment, and buildings.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including tools and machinery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Requirements
  • One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial).
  • Fireman Boiler Operator certificate.
  • Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
  • Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job.
  • Pool Operator certificate, where required.

  • Communication skills.
Knowledge and Abilities
