Regional Operations Manager

We're seeking a skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our Canada Team and oversee the performance of our operator portfolio as we expand our operations in Canada.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with our operator partners, facilitating communication between them and our internal teams to support operational and product matters.
  • Analyze and present quality performance indicators, serving as the interface between Business Development and Network Planning.
  • Drive projects in operations management, coordinating internal teams from Business Development, Operations, and Network Planning.
  • Ensure operators adhere to our processes and standards, providing support for local safety and ADA compliance.
  • Support operators in obtaining FlixUni content training and tracking ADA driver training compliance.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Professional experience in the bus/passenger transport industry is a significant advantage.
  • Completed studies in Business, Hospitality, or a comparable field.
  • Able to work independently while remaining goal-oriented.
  • Passionate about operations and consultative partner relations.
  • Adaptable with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Will to travel within Canada and the US as needed.
