As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be at the core of delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our various food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests
  • Maintain a high standard of professional appearance and hygiene at all times
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations to elevate the guest experience and ensure associate safety
  • Ensure overall restaurant cleanliness and set up
  • Oversee servers in the restaurants and banquet area to ensure optimal appearance and exceptional guest care
  • Help the manager establish and monitor side work
  • Ensure receipt and accurate flow of communications between shifts
  • Be aware of what happened during the prior shift and clearly convey happenings for the next
  • Keep a pulse on and manage staffing needs
  • Be trained as a Banquet Captain to help supervise banquet functions in addition to your assigned dining outlet
  • Perform duties such as Cashier, Bartender, Host when called upon
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Requirements:
  • Easy conversationalist
  • Extra-sensory perception to how others are feeling
  • Tech-savvy systems expertise, with experience using a POS System in the past
  • Beer, Wine and Spirits knowledge with the ability to make recommendations an asset
  • Must have current BC "Serving it Right" or another Canadian provinces equivalent
  • An organized multi-tasker who doesn't crack under pressure
  • An eagle eye for details
  • Sleuth-like problem-solving skills
  • Able to be on your feet all day
  • A passion for guest service and providing a great guest experience
  • A self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills to motivate, coach and train colleagues
  • Minimum two years Food and Beverage service or supervisory experience
  • Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
