Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing solutions to our clients' bath, kitchen, and lighting needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in the decision, purchase, and follow-up of their bath, kitchen, and lighting needs
  • Be accountable for client quotations, product sourcing, and general customer service
  • Build strong relationships with clients, including homebuyers, homebuilders, contractors, and other members of the EMCO team
  • Represent The Ensuite in a professional manner, upholding our core values and ethics

Requirements

  • Strong customer focus and relationship skills
  • Grade 12 education
  • Excellent math skills
  • High energy with strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office software
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, home construction, plumbing industry, or designing is an asset
