Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date work order files and formulas, ensuring efficient operations
- Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring quality and consistency
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including equipment and displays
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring efficient and safe operations
- Assist in making deliveries, as needed, to meet customer needs
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services
- Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management
- Suggest ways to improve sales and customer service, driving business growth and revenue
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
