Location: Metro Store
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team at Metro. As a Store Clerk, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions and handle customer payments
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Customer service experience an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
