Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Needs-Based Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets the unique needs of each client, driving revenue growth and deepening client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Lending Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending, with a strong background in relationship management.
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma/degree in commerce or business administration, or related experience.
  • Business Development Experience: Demonstrated success in business development, with a focus on acquiring new clients, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Financial Analysis Skills: Experience with financial statement reviews, computer modeling, and analysis.
  • Emerging Communications and Technology: Experience with emerging communications and technology, including web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications.
