Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations, adapting quickly to dynamic environments
  • Actively listen to callers, summarize key points, and enter information into computer systems
  • Seek win-win solutions, maintaining professionalism in conflicts and supporting differences of opinion
Qualifications
  • Remain calm and provide direction in emergency situations
  • Customer service, dispatch, hospitality, and call center experience an asset
