About the Role

  • Coordinate and lead the planning, implementation and reporting of infrastructure, environmental compliance, municipal services and programs according to the City's strategic objectives.
  • Support and act as a project manager on multi-million-dollar capital projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or other applied science relevant to the position.
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience in environmental and regulatory, or in other related fields including experience in project management.
  • Valid NWT Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with project management software.
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • Attractive annual salary range of $96,669.01.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including a defined benefit pension plan.
  • Monthly housing and vacation travel allowances totaling $450.
