The Transporter Learning and Compliance team is dedicated to improving the driver experience, providing valuable insights on the work of delivery providers during Last Mile Delivery Execution Phase.

By joining this team, you will contribute to equipping transporters with knowledge, support, and tools that boost productivity, delivery success, engagement, and compliance with regulations.

Do you have a passion for creating innovative technology that helps Amazon efficiently deliver packages worldwide? The Amazon Flex mobile team specializes in delivering smart and scalable mobile solutions for handling millions of packages monthly.

Amazon Flex collaborates with crowd-sourced and third-party delivery partners to fulfill all Amazon deliveries. The Amazon Flex application integrates seamlessly with advanced logistics systems, enabling delivery partners to manage delivery schedules, navigate routes, and more effectively.

As the number of delivery partners grows and the demand for faster deliveries increases, our ability to engage with and provide a top-notch experience to both customers and delivery partners becomes crucial.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying products that enable swift global package delivery.
  • Conceptualizing, designing, and owning software systems.
  • Influencing the technical direction of the team and working with diverse technologies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language
  • 2+ years of design or architecture experience in new and existing systems
  • 2+ years of Apple platform development experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Desired qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
