General Merchandise Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a General Merchandise Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by zoning assigned areas, moving feature merchandise, and working recovery merchandise.
- Assist with front-end coverage, communicate with other associates to ensure floor coverage, and contribute to a safe and hazard-free work environment.
- Stock merchandise, pick, and downstock as needed, apply product protection, and set and complete modulars.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 kg. You will also need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
