We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Ricki's. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including fashion trends and styles.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
- Perform point of sales transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Support coworkers by sharing knowledge, helping to complete tasks, and assisting in customer interactions.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers.
- Secure company assets through strong loss prevention awareness.
- Friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills.
- Interest in fashion and an eye for style.
- Committed to teamwork and able to apply our philosophy that "none of us is as good as all of us".
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store.
- Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
