Join our team as a Mine Geologist and contribute to the success of our international mining company in Northern Ontario.

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading mining company, is seeking a highly skilled Mine Geologist to join their team in Northern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and adhere to a grade control plan for the processing of ore body.
  • Collect and analyze data, create geological models, and estimate resources.
  • Map underground development and track ore movement.
  • Track and report on ore grades.
  • Log drill core as required.
  • Collaborate with other mine departments to achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Geology/Geoscience/Earth Science or equivalent.
  • Registered or eligible to register as a Professional Geologist in Ontario.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and computer systems related to this role.
  • Underground Common Core accreditation an asset.
  • Past underground experience highly valued.
  • Valid driver's license.
