Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Company: Yorkton Regional Health Centre

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Yorkton Regional Health Centre. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient distribution of medications and pharmaceutical products to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the Pharmacy department, ensuring the acquisition, preparation, checking, and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursing units, facilities, and community-based health care services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless medication management and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Pharmacy Technician certificate
  • **Experience:** Two (2) years experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • **Licenses:** Licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals
  • **Competencies:**

    • Interpersonal skills
    • Intermediate - Computer skills
  • **Knowledge and Abilities:** Ability to work independently
