Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RV Parts Manager to join our team at 401 Auto. As a key member of our Parts department, you will be responsible for managing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of RV parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in the RV parts store by providing expert advice and guidance on parts selection and availability.
  • Provide parts for the RV techs for ROs (Repair Orders) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels.
  • Manage inventory levels, including obsolete inventory, to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Responsible for profit management, including examining department financial statements to ensure profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Parts department, including deliveries and returns.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager and technicians to maintain an effective workflow.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and follow all Health and Safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Valid G driver's license and clean abstract.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in parts management, preferably in the RV industry.
  • Knowledge of parts pricing procedures and inventory management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, and ability to work with inventory management software.
  • Extremely organized with documents and managing time.
  • Ability to think ahead and be prepared.
