About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Intern to join our team in Lima, OH. As a Supply Chain Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals and gain valuable experience in a refining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Requests for Quotes for MRP replenishment items.
- Support Contract Lifecycle Management.
- P-Card process management and reconciliation.
- Expediting purchases.
- Investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies.
- Material analysis and data enhancement for Master Data support.
- Complete warehouse analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basis.
- Support the Procure-to-Pay process for goods and services.
- Identify cost reductions and mitigate risks.
- Support vendor setup and contract closeout processes.
- Basic contract negotiations with stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in SCM or any Business-related degree.
- Previous experience is considered an asset.
- Strong attitude for carrying out all work in a safe, cautious manner while following safe work practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability for multiple work terms is preferred.
- Strong academic performance.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester.

Working Conditions:

- Safety sensitive positions require the operation of a motor vehicle.
Relocation:
- Students moving for their work term may be eligible to receive a lump sum payment to assist with relocation expenses.
