Who we are looking for

We are looking for an associate within Global Delivery team to handle day-to-day setups of foreign exchange standing instructions and monitoring of our Automated income repatriation service. The candidate would be expected to monitor submissions through our online portal and setup funds on our internal reference systems. The associate would be expected to work closely with internal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate. This position is based out of Toronto Canada.

What you will be responsible for

As Associate 2 you will

  • Monitor FTDL for submission of FX Standing Instructions
  • Setup funds on internal reference systems
  • Remove setups for closed funds
  • Approve setup requests for other team members
  • Research issues when appropriate
  • Monitor different statuses in our Auto Income Repatriation systems

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial institutions or understand the trustee scheme & securities settlement system.
  • Communication skills with external and internal parties
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
