As an Actuarial Analyst - 4 Month Co-op, you'll process, validate and analyze statistical data and produce reports to be used as a basis for actuarial work or for meeting specific business needs. You'll participate in various activities specific to the work team by applying standard actuarial principles. You'll produce computer reports and make improvements as needed using various programs and software.
You'll also have the chance to participate in our comprehensive mentorship and actuarial onboarding programs, receive actuarial exam support, and visualize a career in Property and Casualty Insurance. You'll build relationships and networks to support your professional growth and success, expand your skills through collaboration with and training from our experts, and collaborate with colleagues on developmental projects.
We're looking for a student with a strong foundation in actuarial sciences, mathematics, statistics, finance or economics, and good analytical and synthesis skills. You'll need to be available to work with us for Winter 2025 (January to April) and be an actively enrolled student during your internship or returning to school in Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 following your internship.
