About the Opportunity

The Social Worker will report to the Manager, Adult Outpatient - Mental Health & Addictions, and be responsible for delivering evidence-based psycho-social assessments and treatments to adults with Tier-3 mental disorders. The role requires a strong understanding of Stepped Care principles, clinical care pathways, and outcomes monitoring.

About You
  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Registered or eligible to be registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers
  • Two years of clinical experience working with adults providing time-limited, evidence-based psycho-social assessments and treatments
  • Demonstrated skills in DSM formulation, Stepped Care principles, and clinical supervision
  • Experience working with allied health care professionals and medical specialists
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
Hours
  • Long Assignment Full Time; 75 Hours Bi Weekly
  • Approximately 10 Months
Compensation and Incentives

$49.04 Hourly
