About the OpportunityThe Social Worker will report to the Manager, Adult Outpatient - Mental Health & Addictions, and be responsible for delivering evidence-based psycho-social assessments and treatments to adults with Tier-3 mental disorders. The role requires a strong understanding of Stepped Care principles, clinical care pathways, and outcomes monitoring.
About You- Master's degree in Social Work
- Registered or eligible to be registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers
- Two years of clinical experience working with adults providing time-limited, evidence-based psycho-social assessments and treatments
- Demonstrated skills in DSM formulation, Stepped Care principles, and clinical supervision
- Experience working with allied health care professionals and medical specialists
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
- Long Assignment Full Time; 75 Hours Bi Weekly
- Approximately 10 Months
$49.04 Hourly
