Seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead a team and drive clinic growth through business development activities.

Our client is one of Canada's largest and most comprehensive healthcare service providers. As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the leadership and overall success of the clinic, overseeing all internal operations related to clinical staff and patient services. You will also be responsible for financial management and the overall development of the clinic's business plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of clinical staff and overseeing patient services
  • Driving clinic growth through business development activities
  • Financial management and business planning
  • Monitoring customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience to patients, physicians, and other clients

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Clinical Director or other managerial position
  • A solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation
  • A Clinical designation in Physiotherapy
  • Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
