Seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst Manager to lead analysis of business requirements and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and implement business solutions to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of demonstrable experience in Business & System Analysis and Business Analysis & Planning.
  • Experience in Claim Assignment is a plus.
  • Excellent impact analysis skills.
  • Leadership skills to lead a team and implement plans.
  • Great relationship management skills to build strong relationships with team members.
  • Ability to comprehend quickly what needs to be achieved and self-organize.
Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client office in Toronto. We strive to provide flexibility and support a healthy work-life balance.
