Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Roots products and services to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Contribute to the visual appeal of the store by maintaining a clean and organized environment, and adhering to company standards for product presentation and visual displays.
  • Perform point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, replenishment, and price markdowns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in a dynamic retail environment.
