Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community-building strategies to grow and engage our online and offline communitiesManage social media channels, forums, and online platforms to drive community interaction and brand awarenessMonitor community feedback, comments, and inquiries; provide timely responses and resolutions.
Organize and host online and offline events such as webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), meetups, and conferencesCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align community initiatives with overall company goalsCreate engaging content including articles, newsletters, and social media posts to educate and inform the communityIdentify and engage with key influencers and advocates within the blockchain communityAnalyze community engagement metrics and derive insights to optimize strategies and initiativesRequirements: Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the blockchain/crypto industryDeep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency marketsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesExperience in managing social media platforms, forums, and online communitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)Benefits:
