Our pool side Mixologist is responsible for serving guests in a fun, friendly, timely, and efficient manner. This Mixologist will be a go-to fun in the sun, guest experience front-runner, while having extensive knowledge of beverage offerings.

We're looking for Mixologists to shake, stir, curate & captivate our guests

What will I be doing?

To successfully fill this role, you should be able to demonstrate the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow:

Create beverages and cocktails including the classics, what's featured on the menu and any special guest requestsBe dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and creating an elevated experience for the guestEnsure precise measurements to cocktail menu and pay close attention to the presentation of each cocktail, using garnishes, glassware, and serving techniques to create visually appealing drinksCollaborate with our team to refine and improve existing cocktail recipes, as well as create new and innovative concoctionsCreate and settle guest tabs and accountsSet up, stock, and maintain work areas. Stock ice, glassware, and paper suppliesAssist the team on the floor when necessaryComplete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:Excellent knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and mixersAbility to create unique and appealing flavor profilesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain strong relations with guests and all team membersStrong computer skills including Microsoft office software, POS system, Reservation system, and other related applicationsFlexible schedule, must be able to work Evenings and weekendsSmart Serve Certified
