Job Summary:As an OMNI Area Leader, you will be responsible for leading the OMNI area team, providing direction and coordination of task completion, and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will work closely with the OMNI Assistant Manager and Store Management Team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist in providing direction and coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
- Assess the overall presentation of the OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
- Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
- Support with scheduling as needed.
- Review, follow-up, and action opportunities on key OMNI metrics.
- Participate in the training and development of OMNI Associates, and provide feedback as needed.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures.
