Permanent full-time position, which may include evenings.

Additional information:
The ideal candidate will be a physiotherapist with at least 1 year's experience. You will have the opportunity to develop different interests with a varied clientele.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in one of the following clinical designations: physiotherapist, occupational therapist or physiotherapy technologist; and a developed sense of intrapreneurship.

Must be an active member of an order, federation or professional association allowing him/her to practice in Quebec.

Experience in managing clinical operations, while actively maintaining a clinical workload, will be a major asset.

In this role, the Clinic Director will be responsible for the positive leadership and overall success of the clinic. He/she will oversee internal operations, clinical staff and patient services, while securing revenue through the clinic's business development activities.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business development, financial management and development of clinical business plans.

Establish a climate of success and ensure the highest level of service quality through supportive leadership and a positive attitude with your team members.

Provide an exceptional experience for patients, physicians and other customers
Hold monthly 1:1 meetings with your work team
Demonstrate clinical leadership and expertise by mentoring and managing your team's professional development
Develop a corrective action plan when performance issues are identified
