About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Growth Engineering Division, focusing on building and innovating for Enterprise healthcare groups. As a leader, you will impact the technical decision-making and architecture of our platform's future, specifically within the Enterprise healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-8 engineers, driving technical excellence and innovation.
  • Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver Enterprise-specific functionality, enhancing user experiences.
  • Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative solutions.
  • Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap, ensuring technical health and security.
  • Contribute to the code base, working alongside engineers to deliver projects.
  • Collaborate with other Technical Leaders, product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.
Requirements
  • An outcome-based focus, with the ability to iterate, move fast, and measure.
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team, with a passion for fostering strong engineering practices and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack, including Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo.
  • Experience with medical healthcare systems and Enterprise-level integrations within healthcare is considered an asset.
