About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at CAE. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us drive business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and analyze large datasets to meet business requirements
  • Design and implement process improvements to optimize data delivery and infrastructure
  • Develop analytics tools to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition and operational efficiency
  • Ensure data security and integrity across national boundaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with data, coding, and scripting languages (Python, Java, Scala, SQL, JS, Bash)
  • Experience developing and administering large data systems
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and relational SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with automated data pipeline and workflow management tools (DevOps, ARM, Data Factory, Airflow)
Preferred Education

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field with 1 year completed
