WB Games Montréal, une division de Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE), recherche un.e pour épauler les équipes multidisciplinaires Missions.

Ton nouveau rôle...

Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de superviser toutes les phases de développement d'une partie majeure du projet, depuis la phase de préproduction jusqu'à l'expédition du jeu. Ce produit sera axé sur le genre action/aventure AAA. Tu superviseras les équipes de développement internes et multidisciplinaires et t'assureras que le produit atteigne la qualité et les dates d'expédition déterminées par WB Games au début du projet. À ce titre, tu seras également responsable de la gestion du suivi des jalons (milestones), des dépendances entres les équipes et de la qualité du contenu en collaboration avec le Producteur Senior du projet.

Responsabilités de ton rôle...

PRODUCTION:

  • Gérer le calendrier global et t'assurer que la qualité est conforme aux résultats attendus.
  • Surveiller la performance et la productivité de l'équipe.
  • Identifier et mettre en place les processus et pipelines nécessaires entre les différentes disciplines de l'équipe.
  • Établir des processus optimisés pour supporter une exécution claire et conforme aux attentes tant pour l'équipe que pour la direction.

COMMUNICATION:

  • Collaborer avec les pour s'assurer que les objectifs du projet sont clairs pour toute l'équipe et que la direction est claire.
  • Collaborer avec le groupe de haute direction pour s'assurer que la vision du jeu se soit bien comprise par les équipes de développement et que la qualité prescrite est atteinte.
  • Maintenir une communication est claire tout au long du projet et veiller à faire les suivis sur les dépendances.
  • Diriger des réunions et des conversations de groupe.
  • Gérer la communication et la collaboration en matière de co-développement.

GESTION:

  • Diriger et aider à développer le personnel se rapportant directement à toi et supporter les leaders des équipes reliées aux partie du projet sous ta responsabilité avec la gestion de leur personnel.
  • Aider à gérer les relations de WBGM avec d'autres studios et partenaires d'édition en collaboration avec le producteur principal.

Compétences & expérience...

  • Plus de 6 ans d'expérience au sein d'une équipe de production de jeux AAA.
  • Forte expérience et connaissance du genre Action-Aventure.
  • Expédié au moins 1 titre dans un rôle de gestion de production.
  • Forte mentalité axée sur les processus et volonté de les mettre en œuvre.
  • Solide compréhension du cycle de développement de jeux, de la préproduction à l'expédition.
  • Expérience dans en direction d'équipes de développement de jeux.
  • Forte connaissance de JIRA ou d'un logiciel de gestion de tâches équivalent.
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec une équipe de développement diversifiée, en faisant preuve de respect et d'empathie envers tes collègues.
  • Fort niveau d'agilité et d'adaptabilité.
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois pour gérer un très grand nombre de tâches sans perdre sa concentration.
  • Fort sens de la responsabilité.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste.

WB Games Montreal, a division of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE), seeks a Producer to support Missions multi-disciplinary teams.

Your New Role...

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of development of a major part of the project from the pre-production phase through release of the game. This product will be focused on the AAA action/adventure space. You will oversee internal and multi-disciplinary development teams, and make sure the product will hit the quality and ship dates determined by WB Games at the beginning of the project. As such, you will also be responsible for managing milestone tracking, team dependencies and content quality in collaboration with the Senior Producer of the project.

Your Role Accountabilities...

PRODUCTION:

  • Manage the overall schedule and ensure the quality is in line with expected output.
  • Monitor the team performance and productivity.
  • Identify and put in place processes and pipelines needed between the various disciplines of the team.
  • Establish streamlined processes to ensure clear execution expectations both for the team and the Directors.

COMMUNICATION:

  • Partner with the Directors to ensure that the goals of the project are clear to the full team, and direction is clear.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership group to ensure that the vision is cascading through development teams, and prescribed quality is being achieved.
  • Ensure communication is clear across the project and that dependencies are well managed.
  • Drive meetings and group conversations.
  • Manage co-development communication and collaboration.

MANAGEMENT:

  • Direct and help grow the staff reporting directly to you and support the leaders of the teams related to your area of the project with the management of their staff.
  • Help manage the WBGM relationships with other studios and publishing partners in collaboration with the Senior Producer.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • 6+ years experience working as part of a AAA game production team.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of the Action-Adventure genre.
  • Shipped at least 1 title in a Production Management role.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset and willingness to implement them.
  • Strong understanding of game development cycle from pre-production to release.
  • Experience in leading game development teams.
  • Strong familiarly working in JIRA or an equivalent task management software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse development team, showing respect and empathy for your colleagues.
  • Strong level of agility and adaptability.
  • Ability to multi-task to handle a very large number of tasks without losing focus.
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Bilingualism French/English is a highly desired asset.
