What you'll do

In this internship you'll be supporting problem solving to help Bell deliver innovative services, business solutions and the best customer experience. You'll also get to help make things better by using smart ideas and agile methods to make our work faster and better.

Requirements

• You're a first to third year student studying towards a university degree OR college/CEGEP diploma in engineering, business, business technology management, computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations/logistics/supply chain or related fields.

Technical skills (you have some of the following)

• Knowledge of/experience in change management, project management, data analytics or supply chain and logistics
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Advanced analytical and data analysis skills; experience working with excel
• Knowledge of Agile principles and tools

Leadership skills

• You are willing to challenge the status quo, experimenting to find solutions that will make a difference in the lives of Bell's customers.
• You are goal-oriented and can focus on individual tasks while also understanding the bigger picture and how systems work together.
• You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
• You gain the trust of your teams, being known for demonstrating fairness and respect.
• You promote belonging and are flexible, accountable and collaborative.
