Revelstoke Mountain Resort is seeking a Volunteer Terrain Park Attendant to perform setup and maintenance on terrain park features, ensuring the overall function and safety of the terrain park.
As a Volunteer Terrain Park Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Performing daily maintenance of multiple terrain park features.
- Shoveling heavy snow.
- Assessing the difficulty level of individual terrain park features.
- Setting up and maintaining features, signage, fencing, and minimizing hazards.
- Following established working procedures and ensuring safe working conditions.
- Assisting Ski Patrol and other departments.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of terrain park shack and terrain park.
- Acting professionally at all times.
- Interacting positively with guests, providing accurate information, and handling complaints.
Required Qualifications and Abilities:
- High school graduate.
- Previous experience working in terrain parks an asset.
- Advanced snowboarding or skiing ability.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Good physical condition.
