L'organisme offre aussi des services de santé provinciaux et contribue aux fonctions administratives centralisées des organismes du secteur de la santé de la province.

Responsabilités
  • Fournir des soins infirmiers professionnels à des patients désignés, y compris des services infirmiers indépendants et l'administration de traitements médicaux prescrits.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de soins de santé pour coordonner les soins et le congé des patients.
  • Maintenir et fournir la preuve de l'inscription active au College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM).
  • Effectuer des rotations de quarts et des week-ends, selon les besoins.
Compétences et qualifications
  • Parler français à un niveau linguistique prédéterminé.
  • Connaître les normes de pratique des infirmiers auxiliaires autorisé(e)s de l'Ordre des infirmières et des infirmières auxiliaires du Manitoba.
  • Connaître le Code d'éthique des infirmiers auxiliaires autorisé(e)s de l'Ordre des infirmières et des infirmières auxiliaires du Manitoba.
  • Connaître le champ de pratique tel que défini dans la Loi sur les infirmières auxiliaires.
  • Connaître les politiques, procédures, protocoles et directives régionales, de l'établissement ou du service.
Exigences physiques
  • Bonne santé physique et mentale.
  • Aptitude à fournir un effort physique modéré à intense.
  • Des quarts rotatifs et de fin de semaine peuvent être exigés.
