Position Summary

As a Cosmetics Associate at Walmart Canada, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers by promoting products, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management as needed.
  • Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up product displays.
  • Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
  • Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
  • Provide awareness to customers about available cosmetic services and guidance.
  • Stock merchandise, downstock if applicable, and apply product protection when required.
