Job Summary

As a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the quality of our dairy and frozen products. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning the department to ensure a clean and organized shopping experience for customers.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain high-quality products on the shelves.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain customer trust.
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to maintain accurate inventory and pricing.
  • Maintaining features and keeping the area neat, clean, and organized to provide a positive shopping experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.
