Market Access Coordinator Job Description
This role involves coordinating market access activities, supporting sales teams, and performing administrative tasks. The Market Access Coordinator will work closely with the marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
About the Job
The Market Access Coordinator will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Coordinating internal approval of market access documents
- Coordinating MSA and SOW approvals and entry
- Coordinating all approvals of Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices
- Maintaining financial gaiting templates
- Coordinating and initiating PSA, HCP honoraria, and other cheque requests
- Monitoring PLA expiries/renewals and other important dates
- Formatting and revising draft presentations and meeting materials
- Assisting with the coordination and submission of market access dossier
- Coordinating travel and hotel arrangements for market access team
- Organizing Market Access Folder in shared drive
- Assisting in coordinating market access team's vacation
- Assisting management in the logistic process
- Coordinating Market Access Director calendar with meetings and travel
- Designing and creating forms for internal and external use
Required Qualifications
- College degree (normal length of two years)
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with basic computer software like MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Administrative and project management experience
- Experience with various financial processes such as PO, material inventory management
- Experience working with market access, or marketing team and third-party suppliers
- Leadership and accountability
- Detail-oriented
- Proven organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision and guidance
- Ability to exercise initiative
- Superior time management and priority setting skills
- Project and process management skills
- Good understanding of financial processes
- Capacity to manage tight deadlines
- Proven capability to work in a team and to manage multiple deadlines and projects
