    • Assist customers in the processing of transactions through the self-service area(s)
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Promote Company Sponsor Programs
    • Promote company sponsor programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment
    • Keep the self-service area(s) clean and organized
    • Ensure that the area is free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids
  • Provide Education and Support
    • Educate customers on the correct and efficient use of self-service options
    • Observe customer activities to determine when and if assistance is needed
  • Respond to Technical Issues
    • Respond to technical issues and quality checks in the self-service area(s)
    • Politely explain the reasons for the intervention or quality checks while positively reassuring customers
  • Collaborate with Colleagues
    • Call the Customer Service Manager when the self-service area(s) is low on cash or has a technical issue
