Directs Store Delivery Associate

As a Directs Store Delivery Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and delivery of merchandise to the sales floor. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and process direct and local shipments, including high-priority merchandise, to ensure timely delivery to the sales floor.
- Train and assist other associates in receiving area processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, including preparing returns, claims, and MTRs for prompt shipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines for lifting procedures, equipment usage, and other hazards.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain backdoor and key controls to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Adhere to cold chain compliance guidelines to ensure quality assurance and document all necessary information.
