**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Incident Reporting Security Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining security and safety by monitoring and reporting incidents, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and responding to emergencies.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- • Global Alarm Monitoring
- • Threat Assessment
- • Incident Report-Writing
- • Professional Email Correspondence
- • Monitor the cameras and provide access
- • Conduct regular inspections of security systems and equipment.
- • Dispatch
**Requirements:**
- • 1-2 years of experience working in a security operations center
- • Need at least 5 year residency in Canada for site specific security clearance.
- • Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- • Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- • Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- • Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- • First Aid and CPR
- • Must be at least 18 years old.
- • High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
