Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Brampton - Melanie Dr team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assessing customer needs, and making product recommendations. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and participating in visual merchandising and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Assess customer needs and make product recommendations
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Assist with packing and unpacking of warehouse shipments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills
