Operations Lead

The Location Operation Lead will work with the Location Retail Manager or Operations Manager to ensure successful day to day operations of a retail location including Dry Fertilizer Blending Plant, Chemical Shed Storage, Liquid Fertilizer facility, Racketeer System and any other site facilities

essential functions and position responsibilities:

• Work with all areas of the business location to ensure a professional customer experience in a timely fashion
• Ensure that health, safety, and security policies are adhered to.
• Receive incoming inventory. Ensuring inventory paperwork is properly tracked and processed.
• All out-going product orders follow protocol with correct documentation in place.
• Maintenance of location to ensure the yard and equipment meets company standards.
• Inventory is tracked and entered into accounting system as per company procedures.
• Operation of Dry Fertilizer Blending Facility including loading into Bin Storage and or out loading to customers.
• Operation of forklift for shipping/receiving products via totes and pallets
• Operations of safe shipping/receiving liquid fertilizer and herbicides
• Other Duties as Required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Education Required: High School graduate or equivalent.

Experience - Previous work within the Agricultural field is an asset. Be a team player.

Must live near or in the town of Outlook/Broderick Saskatchewan
